Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains how ReplyBoltGo, a product of Domivion ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information. It covers two groups: vendors, the businesses that sign up to use ReplyBoltGo, and customers, the people who message a vendor's bot on Telegram (and in future WhatsApp).
1. Information we collect
From vendors
- Account details: business name, email, and your password, which we store only as a secure hash and never in plain text. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email, name and a Google account identifier from Google.
- Business information you enter: description, business type, hours, policies, pricing approach and other content in your Business Profile and Knowledge Base.
- Product catalog data: names, descriptions, prices, images and stock status.
- Bot connection details: your Telegram bot token, which we keep secured.
- Plan and payment records: which plan you have, when a payment was recorded, the amount and a note. We do not store card details. If we add an online payment processor such as Paystack, it will handle card details.
From customers, through a vendor's bot
- Messages sent to the bot, including text, voice notes (which are turned into text so the AI can read them) and photos when photo matching is used.
- Telegram identifiers needed to deliver replies, such as a chat ID.
- Anything a customer chooses to share in the chat.
We collect only what is needed. We do not ask customers for card numbers or other sensitive payment details through the bot.
2. How we use information
- To run the service: route messages, write AI replies, and store vendor catalogs and business context.
- To tell vendors about handoffs, account activity and plan reminders.
- To send password-reset codes by email.
- To keep the service reliable and improve the quality of AI replies.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of our Terms.
- To contact vendors about their account, billing and important changes to this policy.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these ways:
- With our AI provider, Groq, which generates replies. We send only the conversation context needed for a reply.
- With the services that host and run ReplyBoltGo on our behalf: Render (hosting), Firebase and Google Cloud (storage), Telegram (message delivery), Google (sign-in), our email provider (reset codes), and Paystack if we add it.
- Between a vendor and their own customers, as the bot needs to work. A customer's message is visible to the vendor they wrote to. We never show a customer's information to a different vendor, and we never show a vendor's private details to a customer beyond what the vendor made public.
- When the law requires it.
- If the business is sold or merged, with notice to vendors.
4. Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, we use Google only to confirm your email and name. We never see your Google password. You can use ReplyBoltGo without Google.
5. How long we keep information
Chat history is kept for 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Growth and 365 days on Pro. Account information is kept while your account is active. After an account is closed, we keep its data for up to 90 days and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including hashed passwords, secured bot tokens, access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to get a copy of it. In Nigeria, this includes your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Email replyboltgo.support@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.
8. Children
ReplyBoltGo is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, or under the minimum age where you live. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
9. Transfers to other countries
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where the law requires it, we take steps to protect that information.
10. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter and for using the platform lawfully where they operate, including following the rules of the platforms they use (Telegram, and in future WhatsApp).
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will tell vendors about important changes, and the date above shows the latest version.
