What is an AI reply? An AI reply is one reply your assistant writes to a customer. Fixed automatic notices do not count.

The dollar amounts are fixed prices for vendors who pay in dollars. They do not change with the exchange rate.

How you pay. By bank transfer or a payment link. For now we confirm each payment by hand, then activate your plan.

If your plan ends. You get 3 extra days. After that the bot pauses and customers see a polite notice. Nothing is deleted.

Changing plans and adding AI replies

These rules apply as our new billing system goes live. Until then, contact us and we will handle it for you by hand.

Renewing

Each payment starts a fresh 30 days and a fresh AI reply count. Days or AI replies left over from your last period do not carry into the renewal.

Upgrading

Your new plan starts straight away with a fresh 30 days. The unused days on your old plan are credited toward the new price, and your unused AI replies are added to the new plan's replies.

Downgrading

You can move to a lower plan in the last 3 days of your period, or after it ends. The lower plan starts with a fresh 30 days and a fresh AI reply count.

Top-up pack

Need more AI replies? A top-up adds 300 AI replies for ₦7,500 (about $4.50 for vendors paying in dollars). It works on any plan and needs a running plan. Top-up replies last until your monthly count resets or you next pay, whichever comes first.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. Every new account gets 14 days free with Starter limits. You only pay if you decide to continue.

What is an AI reply?

An AI reply is one reply your assistant writes to a customer. Each plan includes a number of AI replies a month. Fixed automatic notices do not count.

What happens if I run out of AI replies?

You get a warning when you are close to your limit and again when you reach it. After that, customers see a polite notice until your count resets, unless you add a top-up pack or upgrade. Your data stays safe.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. When you upgrade, your new plan starts straight away, the unused days of your old plan are credited, and your unused AI replies are added to the new plan. You can move to a lower plan in the last 3 days of your period or after it ends. See the plan change rules in the pricing section.

Can I buy more AI replies without changing plan?

Yes. A top-up pack adds 300 AI replies for ₦7,500 (about $4.50). It needs a running plan and works on any plan.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are not refundable once made, so please use the 14-day free trial to check ReplyBoltGo suits you first. If you are charged twice, or pay and your plan is not activated, contact us and we will fix it. See the Refund Policy.

Not yet. ReplyBoltGo works on Telegram today. WhatsApp is coming soon.

Will it make up answers?

No. It answers from the information you give it, and when it does not know, it says so and hands the chat to you.

Can customers send voice notes?

Yes. Voice notes are turned into text and answered like a normal message.
